Default ilde speed adjustment .

just changed timing belt on 95 civic ilde running very low. tried to adjust idle screw with plug off no change.also check with timing light on red mark. distrib cap already max to the right.

check your timing, its probably needs advanced a couple of degrees

set the pully and the cam gear to top dead center, then advance the dizzy from there to advance the timing

Water can drip from the tail pipe. It's typically condensation or a byproduct of the cat.

When you set your timing, I believe that you have to jumper the plug near the driver's motor mount. You shouldn't have to change the cam timing. Check the ignition timing again with a light. If you can't turn the distributor far enough, then double check to see that you have the timing belt right, and that it's not off a tooth.

Also when you are adjusting the idle, you are turning the little brass screw on the throttle body right?

when you say off by tooth do you mean the r.r the belt or turn the crank.

Meaning that the cam is off one tooth. Put at TDC and see if all your marks line up.
