The headlights are longer so you need the radiator support to mount the headligths. You'll have huge gaps is you try just the bumper and hood without the rad support. If your gonna do this get a whole JDM front clip.

Nope, not a good deal unless you realy want that stupid mugen kit. Its fiberglass, its just going to crack. Not worth it unless you're building a show car. If you want the original JDM crx front conversion, get it through HMotorsOnline. I got my engine from them and they're very reputable. $700 + SH.

just do the whole front end conversion, i did it in a day after i did the body work, you just need to spend time making it fit, but trust me its worth it, you do need the radiator t-bar because the hood latch on the jdm hood is more to the right, the head lights are wider so you need the hood, and valance piece that sandwiches between the hood and the bumper is different than the usdm one.

what is the real difference between fenders? wht the sidelights? oh no got to cut a lil hole. the only other difference is that if you do it on a 88-89 the you got those ugly screw holes on the side. so i would just switch to usdm fenders and then make the hole for the side markers and hook them up. gives a cleaner look for cheaper. oh one more difference is the side molding. but isn't a really big deal. just a lil thinner.
