is it true that for the d15b2 the rev limit is 7200? I have an sunpro tach because my gauge cluster doesn't have one and whenever I get to about 6k a red light comes on my dash so I shift because I don't want anything to happen, does anyone know what this means? is it more or less saying that I hit the red line or what? or is it just a freak coincidence

the motor will rev limit itself. don't go by the tach... it can be set to anything.

that said, it should be 65-6800.

alright thank you very much, I think it normaly happens a little after 6k, so probably 6300-6500. I just wanted to make sure so I don't do any real damage.
