i know this is just a big opinion question but i want to hear everyone's. what is the best sohc motor to rurbo? vtec no vtec? what does everyone think about this?

ls trans sucks any way you look at it. I dosent moter what engine you boost it will still make good power. My bone stock d16y7 makes 224hp 209tq at 9psi and peak hp is at 6200rpm

ls trannys dont suck. different people however want different things. i personally cannot stand the steep gearing of the b16/gsr/type r trannies. i understand you would be faster with them, but i'd rather be somewhat slower and have better highway gearing.

z6 w/ gt25r w/ sohc vtec injectors , ls fuel pump and lowered compression run at 6-10 psi and your set.

i call b/s on bone stock y7 w/ over 200hp on 9psi.internals are only good till 200 if your lucky.either you got a genius tuner or your a liar.i know that aint whp and your lucky as hell if its at the flywheel.

any one can claim their hp, and torque numbers. Only a dyno sheet from your dyno run tells the truth. even if it sounds like bs or not.

well here is a pic i just took of my dyno sheet. I also tuned this on my own with a AEM would you like me to take a pic of it next to some thing also to prove that it is my sheet. O and its been making those numbers for over a year and a half
