i have a 90 civic that i putt a b18a motor in and got a pr4 ecu got the harness done by hondaswap .com and got it all installed but wont turn over check all the basics. when i try to turn it over a relay clicks under the dash please help someone

sounds like flat battery, or a dodgy starter motor. give the starter a little hit with hammer it sounds dodgy but some time works. and there is a single wire going to starter solenoid, check to make sure it is getting power when key is turned to start cheers.

had started check and its good the one wire to the starter doesnt have a lot of power to it when i put a volt meter to it thanks
