throttle cable is sticking ???

Default throttle cable is sticking ???

for some reason my throttle cable is sticking and it keeps the idle at about 2k until i stick my foot under the gas petal and pull up on it. is there anything that i could do to fix this ???

oh yea my old crx did that, but i think you need to regulate the trhotle cable in the front, or it could be your gas pedal getting stuck

Pull off the cable and run white lithium grease through it. Check your throttle body and make sure it isn't sticking at all.. Should move freely. Clean the throttle body with throttle body cleaner, make sure the linkage is clean. Reinstall the cable and make sure it is adjusted properly. Should solve your problem. If you feel resistance in the cable even after greasing it up, go buy an oem replacement from honda, they are only like $30.
