Default wanting to convert to obd1

My friend and I have the same motor D16A6, and he was telling me that i should convert to obd1. Does any one know the facts on converting to odb1?

Why would you want to convert an OBD0 engine to OBDI?

It's not. If it was a D16Z6 OBDI would be better.
