Im trying to do a swap on EF. Im thinking about getting a d16. I was wondering if the tranny from d15 fit on the d16. Will appreciate the help

as they said,yes itll fit,just use the clutch/flywheel,pressure plate from that tranny,but why would u want a d15??
IMO-get a ex or si tranny

Yes, it will bolt right up. If you can afford the tranny that goes with the motor you're getting I'd do that just for the sake of matched gear ratios, but if that's not in your budget your stock D15 tranny should be a complete bolt-on affair...

To get more specific, is it possible to fit the manual tranny of a D16Z6 1.6L SOHC vtec from an unknown vehicle (found on craiglist) to my 94 civic cx D15B8 1.5L 8 valve. Three dealerships could not verify if any mods will be required for the swap. Any help is greatly appreciated.
