Default 87 manuel to Auto swap
Im sorry if this has been covered I didnt see anything when searching. I would like to take a Manuel trans CRX and put a Auto in it. I know this is not the most popular swap but anyone have any help for me? Whats needed to make it complete. I have a civic auto and torque converter what other items may be needed to swap out? Thanks for your help

You'd be much better off selling it and buying an auto. That swap is a little more difficult than auto to manual

Thank you that certainly is a option I was just told it wasnt doable. I was putting this together for a handicap driver and had a manual parts car and auto trans. Could you enlighten me as to cost and whats involved?

I've never heard of converting it from manual to auto, just the other way around. Go to a junkyard, find an auto crx, and take the tranny and ALL transmission parts and see where you're at is the best advice I could give.
