92 civic jdr engine swap won't pass smog
I have a 92 civic we did an engine swap with a used b18c japanesse engine. It won't pass smog in Nevada. The shop won't do the work to get it to pass because the engine is not authorized for that car. The DMV is asking for a letter from the manufacturer of the engine with the year and displacement so they can authorize that engine. Does any one know where I can get this. Honda is no help.
