Default bad wheels

I just bought Delsol wheels 195/60/14 for my 87 civic and the front ones don't seem to want to move. Theback wheels are fine. I can turn fine just not roll. I think they might be rubing the strut.... but not sure any suggestions??

if they have clip on wheel weights on the back they usually hit the strut

you need some stick-ons or you can bash the brake line mounting tab down and it'll probably clear

it's catching on a clip attached to the strut for the break cable.....

3) any other sugestions????

wow and - if you're going to hit an older thread, at least hit it helpful, not uselessly.
