Default Best engine for a 1st gen Rex

Im about to get this 1985 Honda CRX SI and it has the stock engine. Im not sure what type but its got 92hp. I want to make this thing fly but keep it looking nice and street legal. My questions are, What type of engine should i get? What types of mods should i add? How much will this cost me? And Whats the best Tranny i can have in this car? Thanks

Search. The internet is full of articles and information about doing swaps.

You can do anything and everything you want to do. All depends how much money you have to do it. Since you are only 16, I doubt you will be able to afford to do a swap.

first gen integra is the easiest... but for me the b16 would be the way to go light and powerful
