Question Crazy rpm's
got a 91 crx with a boosted b18 and a jdm b series trans from a civic sir. on the high way doin 65-70 mph rpms are 4000 or more . need this car a daily driver always have to stay in slow lane. great for the track though! what can i do about this. please help new to the scene.
