my timing belt on my rebuilt, and yet unfired b16a has slid back as far as it can on all the pulleys it contacts. It is uncomfortably close to several bolts and just doesnt look right. Do I have improper tension? If so, how do I correct this? I am 98% sure I had the engine at TDC when I installed the cams with the arrows facing up. What is the best way to determine TDC? I also dont have any spark. I pulled a plug and grounded it on the manifold and found no spark when I cranked it. Please help.
