Default help! blowin smoke...

I have a boosted crx with a 94 ls motor in it. This car has been a money pit since day one. it is such a money pit that i am almost going to be rid of it i am just tired of the sleepless nights and disapointments. the car sat all winter and in spring time it started smoking and has never really stoped. there is oil in the intercooler piping and is blowing blue smoke sometimes. some say valve seals and some say the seals in the turbo are shot. its a turbonetics t3/to4e 57 trim. if the seals are blown can it be rebuilt or do i need to replace? can anyone recomend a turbo for me and what size? my boy tells me 57 trim is to big. is this true? my goal is 300 whp. i really need some advice from somebody that knows what they are talking about.
to hell with turbonetics. this is my last effort to fix this car so some help would be appreciated.
