I recently bought a 1988 honda civic i assume its a std it has a 1.5l(tbi) 4speed
When I brought it home i noticed it was leaking water so i checked it out and it was the water pump so i replaced that after all the it ran fine then i noticed oil coming out from under the crankshaft pulley so i took it all aprat again and replaced the seal behind the pulley, and now it wont start, I can smell the gas but I dont know what to do it has new spark plugs and wires the only thing I think it could be is the timing but i did that right, or the fuel pump! Any ideas on what it could be, answers would be GREAT!!!

could be as simple as cap and rotor maybe moisture got in there and sexed it up

Now my car is reading that the fuel injectors are bad reads 16 and i dont have a way to hook my fuel pressure gauge my dad is thinking its the fuel pump but im not for sure
