i bought a 87 crx si to fix up and possibly sell and i dont really know what engine is in it. i see all the d15b etc and im not sure what came stock in it and where do you find on car the tag or plate rto verify thanks att is pic of engine i appreciate any help i can get tom

Hello I just recently was given the oppertunity to buy a 87 crx si special edition for $500 it needs a little body lovin, tires soon, and the engine doesn't run quite correctly, the miles are unsure of, the title is clean, and its a manual. What would you do?

I thought it would be fun to play around with so I offered $400
