Can I Swap A Y8 Vtec Head On To My D15b2 Block Without Swapin My Dpfi To Mpfi Right Away? Ive Been Searching For Hours And Couldnt Find Anything On This.

sure, but you'll still have to run the D15 ECU...so in effect there will be difference in power (Vtec won't work)
