hey, i dont know much about cars but please tell me if this car is worth $5,000.00. And if it isn't then whats the appropriate price I should ask for?

SELLING A 1994 HONDA CIVIC EX WITH A JDM H22A APROX 70K MILES
HAS A SHORT RAM INTAKE, HEADERS IN HEAT WRAP, TWO IN A HALF INCH STRAIGHT PIPE ALL THE WAY TO A HIGH FLOW EXHAUST.

JUST SMOGED ON 8-17-09, SO ITS GOOD FOR 90 DAYS TO BE REREGISTERD, REGISTRATION PAID ON 08/08/09 GOOD UNTIL JULY 201O.
SWAP DONE THE RIGHT WAY WITH HASPORT MOUNTS, PERFORMANCE ALUNIMUN RADIATOR, NEW AXELS WITH LIFE TIME WARRANTY.
ALPINE MP3 DECK WITH NEW SPEAKERS.

What do you guys think? Should I pick it up? or just get a bonestock civic for $2000.00 same model and year but with 133,xxx miles.

Both cars have an exterior stock look.

x2 pics. sounds good though. plus its an ex model so you'll have that sunroof, power windows and locks :thumb
