my friend has a 1998 civic ex and the horn isn't working on it. can anyone help?

Test the relay.

Then test the voltage to the horn.

Then test the horn.

use one of those wire testers to see if the wire is hot or not...that way you see if there is power coming to it or not.

chek your fuses, and get a train horn like i did, and bolt it under the bak left bumper, and put the air tank and compressor in the trunk and wire a new button, tada! you have a horn!!
