Default B16a2 alternator problem

i just brought a 92 civic HB with a JDM B16a2 w/ LSD tranny , for some reason the alternator was shot so i replaced it with a brand new one and i also got a yellow top battery , its was fine for a couple of days but today when i went to take it for a ride i noticed my tack was flashing like i was losing power so i got it home and shut it off and tried to start it back up and it was dead. im pretty sure its the alternator agian ,.what would cause it to be dead agian???

Check all your fuses and wiring. A mother effin fan fuse cost me a hundred bucks, and hours of frustration when my Camaro's charging system was acting up. Engineers can be A-holes sometimes...
