i have a 93 civic coupe. i currently have a b18b1 swap in it.i obtained a b18c5 block and a 1994 p72 head today. my question is what do i need to do? what parts can be kept from the current swap (B18b1) and what new parts should i obtain.
im guessin distributor, im gettin a skunk 2 intake manifold, timing belt. can i reuse the ecu that is currently in the car and just wire the vtec to it? thanks for any help. |

you probably could get your ecu chipped, but otherwise your gonna need a new one. you WILL cook that new setup if you try and run it off that ecu so please dont lol. you need a vtec B series dizzy, and a new clutch for the c5 block. besides that just add some wires for vtec, and run the knock sensor wire to the ecu. you also need to wire the seccondary butterflys. thats everything off the top of my head. get ready for some VVVTEECCCCC!
