Call them up again and ask what they recommend for the street. They might have the same pedal feel, but the stage 2 probably will handle a bit more slipping than the stage 3 can on the street. Don't go overkill on clutches. If a stage 2 will handle the power you'll be making, don't go to a stage 3 just to have a stage 3. It probably won't be as friendly on the street (regardless of how "heavy" the pedal feels), and it probably won't last as long on the street.
