i recently install my first turbo kit into my h22a and for some reason it sound too rich with black smoke coming out of exhaust, my brother from cali say try the hondata 200, so i bought it and still same problem. he say it could be the o2 sensor, can it? i don't really want to spend too much moneys on this than i already have. please help.

You need to have that thing tuned by a certified hondata tech before you break something.
