some say main bearing..some say rod knock and a mechanic of 15 years says its a rocker arm..please listen and help me out of you can

does not sound like rod knock its to much of a tick not a knock, could be rocker arms have you ever tried adjusting your valves?

yeah its weird isnt it..im thinking its one of the two springs in the valve springs that snapped and its rattling around or its the rocker arm that might have snapped he said he had an extra one and that he would onyl charge me like 150 bucks to change it..

a few have said oil pump and its not working the rockers and the cams are noisy as hell
