Need help with O2

Ok, i have a 1996 civic DX ATX........... swaped in a D16Y8 with a 96-98 atx vtec engine harness off ebay.... problem is second O2 sensor is not hooked up. For the life of me cant find the wire Please help lots of time into this and only have one free wire anyways its a 2 wire connector.

Already done the IAVC or what ever its called.

We spliced into the primary o2 sensor and ran it down to the 2nd sensor with an o2 extension wire.

We direct wired in the 2ndary O2 to the ecu....

I also went out got a scan tool now and got codes1509, 0325, 0141, 0453, and 0450. deleted them and got 1509, 0141 right away.... also the transmision light for d2 is always on. I did do the IACV 3 wire to 2 wire conversion already
