heres a link Street Imports - Honda B Series Intermediate Shaft (Half Shaft)
does anybody know the part number of the golden metal ring that holds in the seal some how mine got bent and need to order another quick to get the car back up and running before school starts.

THe part is not available seperately, but in my experience it isn't really needed it's just sort of a dust shield for the axle/tranny seal right there. I would say if yours is bent then just remove it or bend it as close as you can and put it in.

i will probaly try to make it fit or just remove it but wont the rubber seal come out if its not there?

No, it is "pressed" into the tranny, it's not going anywhere
