i have a 2000 honda civic SE, and the gauge cluster doesent have an rpm gauge. I was wondering if i got a new cluster for a ek civic with an rpm gauge i could just plug the harness in and my rpm guage would work. Or would it involve extra wiring? and where would i good place be to get one?

no extra wiring, all civics are wired for tachs, just swap the cluster and everything will plug right in. Craigslist.org is always a good place, the market place at hondatech is even better. ebay isnt bad bit you pay a good bit more. being in canada, its a bit harder. i have a few here. just let me know if you want one.

^^^ agreed. and to the op...going with the stock cluster looks a lot better than buying an aftermarket tach, good choice.

ya, another good place is a salvage yard, I got a stock cluster for $15 bucks lol... just the milage on it aint acurate then again nor is the miles on most of my car lmao
