Default what trans??

I'm running a B16 swap in my hatch. I've got the S1 trans w hydraulic clutch. I drive interstate 80 miles a day. I need something that doesnt spin 5000 rpm at 75mph. What do I need to look for and how much difference is there in rpm?? Thanks

LS trans is the most economical in terms of gas mileage and price and will spin at a much lower RPM,I think around 3500.

Keep the B16 tranny. Put in a GS-R fourth and an LS fifth. Done.

Is it worth it, as far as fuel milage and the wear and tear of 4500-5000 rpm every day??

Since you have hydro you want a 94+ trans, you'll notice a slave cylinder on hydro trannies. IIRC the trans's should have their code stamped on em.
