The first thing you should do for your car is to chill out, and take some time to research before you do any kind of modding at all. An H22 swap will not work for your car. Your only real (practical) options are to boost your stock motor, or swap a K-series engine.

Dudes right, Kseries is bout the best your going to do.
 I know I've looked into it. I am quite courious as to the Brake Conversion also......\ There is a Back issue of Honda Tuner, that showed Step by Step on how to do the K20 Swap.. pretty Detailed.... it was in 03 all i can remember. you can prolly download Back issues of there mag. and check it out I would Let tha bitch Breath..... Cold air Exhaust Mainifold, Shit Entire Exhaust. Boost, Boost , Boost.. ( In Moderation ) hahaNa other than that Make it look pretty and ENJOY Your Fuel Milage
