Wow I didn't know the new DX models are more powerful than 5th gen EX/Si models. Wonder how heavy they are and which one would be fastest in the quarter.

I don't know for sure, but I'm going to assume that the new Civics are heavier than the fifth-gen varieties. They probably need that extra power just so they're not actually SLOWER than the older ones...

And to the OP: does it really matter how many wheel horses your LX sedan makes? In stock form your car is going to fall under the category of "pretty damn slow". I think that's about as much as anyone needs to know about it...
