Default K20A3 vs. B18C Type R

Hey I currently looking into a 2003 SI but before I go and dump money into the K20A3 in it I figured I'd do some research. After looking around I came across the 2001 Honda Integra's B18C (Type R) bhp 210 as opposed to the K20A3's 160 bhp. So I am wondering, is there any reason I shouldn't do the swap? Also if I do am I going to need a transmission swap for a LSD transmission? Please post all the things that would be needed for the swap and better yet if it's worth the work.

first its not a real honda integra, jdm,,second your car has a k series not a b series, so dont down grade it. and it would suck to swap it in the civic

Yea, just because it has more power, does not make it any more superior. The K series in any form is by far further advanced then any B series with a much higher potential for any type of power

Swapping a B-series motor into a car that came with a K-series engine from the factory is just about the dumbest thing anyone could possibly do. First of all, the wiring would be an absolute nightmare. It would never be able to pass an inspection. Second, you'd have to customize everything to make it work. No company makes mounts for swapping a B-series into a 2001+ Civic. And third, you can just swap the A2 head onto your A3 block and make 200 horses, and it will be far cheaper than trying to swap the B18C in.
