Cool my bud is selling a 360 like really cheap(200) Is it worth getting? I was saving for a WII because it something new and different but PS has always been so reliable to me no matter what. What do you think is the best gaming system for 2007 and why? (Feel Free To Include PC)

or sega if it means that much lol

It really depends on what kind of games you prefer. If you're into the Japanese RPGs, then probably PS3. If you're into all the Nintendo franchise games (a lot of which are Japanese also) and you like the interactive controller setup, then Wii. If you're into shooters, action, and racing games, and you like playing online, then Xbox 360 definitely.

Wow 2 years!!! I feel so old, yeah I'm into the shooters, action, and racing games so I guess the 360 is for me. Which game systems do you all own? are you happy with your decision?

i have a ps2, and occasionally play my friends Wii, im happy.

but thats subjective. if you like the kinds of games you say, then you should be happy with the 360.

If you can get an XBOX that wont take a red-ring shit on you then go 360, If you allready have a shit-ton of PS2 games, then I would go PS3. If you want one for its HD capabilities, then choose which one you want HD DVD or BlueRay. Both will set you back the same price, unless you can find a 60GB (which are becoming scarce) will save you $100. With the 360 you have to buy the HD player seperate but the total price is the same (80GB PS3= $599, 360+HDplayer=$599. Your choice dude, just depends on your needs/wants.

AS for the Wii, Its kinda simplistic and it's a little kiddie-fide. Its fun don't get me wrong, but only on a short term basis. Good for party games!!

Have you actually played Forza recently? It's got pretty much everything that's good about GT (photo-realistic graphics, hundreds of cars, real tracks, realistic driving controls) plus it adds the stuff you always wished GT had (car damage, ability to swap motors, etc.). I always hated how you could crash into the wall at 100 mph in GT and your car doesn't even get scratched. Forza FTW anyday, in my opinion.

I guess we'll have to wait and see how GT5 is though.

The first one broke me...... Tryed the demo, No more FORZA for me. No damage does suck..but GT owns.

Meh, you should at least give the second one a try. I do own both GT 3 and 4, and I do like them alot, so I'm not just talking out my ass here. Forza 2 is just like I said, everything you love about Gran Turismo, and all the extra stuff you wish it would have had.

But meh...you seem decided, so I won't try to convince you an further, lol...

Hahahahhaha Forza 2 has photo realistic graphics? IMO Forza 2 looked almost the same as Forza 1. It's pretty much on par with other xbox and PS TWO titles graphic wise. As far as racing goes, it's pretty good. I own it but almost never play it.

I'm on my 4th xbox 360 and Rachelle is on her 2nd 360.

Thankfully you get a 3 year warranty from MS with the 360s.

Rachelles lasted 2 days my first one about 3 days and another one of mine lasted like 1 month.

all brand new.
