I'm going to have to break out my backup controller because I've worn the shit out of my right analog stick. It still aims and does everything with no problems, but it's become much too easy to melee and sometimes I accidentally do it in close quarters when I want to turn quickly.

My controller just kind of 'drifts'. Even if I don't touch it my character is moving occasionally, my other controller has a semi-broken A button, it doesn't "click" when you push it but it still works. Might have to go to my 3rd controller, or buy a blue one.

I'm getting the no frills edition. All I want to do is play the game and get the achievements, then play it for a large amount of time online with Jebus and the crew.

I do have my pre-ordered. I might have to take in a shitton of games to trade in to bring down the cost, but 11-10-09 is going to rule.

I just wanna put cool shit in my office at work haha. I like the artwork books and what not too though. I have a feeling beating MW 2 on veteran is going to suck some serious ass though. MW took me quit awhile by itself. That god damn Airplane mission is the work of the devil.

I hate veteran. I was stuck on 'Heat' on veteran for the longest time. I will eventually get that last 20 GS.

I'm just glad I have WaW done on veteran, never again will I play it except on recruit. lol

The last figures I saw about getting it done on Veteran was two percent of all the owners of MW have actually got it done. And WaW on Vet just pissed me off I'm still on vendetta or whatever the sniper level is.

Chyeah, Vendetta was a pain in the ass, it took me 2 days. lol Once the building catches on fire, concentrate some pistol fire on the windows (as your crawling and then at the stairs), then bust ass up top and make a run for it.

If you hate Vendetta, wait till you play Blowtorch & Corkscrew, or even Downfall. Those two levels took me 2 days each to get through on Veteran. Checkpoints in this game are horrid, which doesn't help.

Speaking of B&C, I finished the level once on veteran, it went to the cut screen of you carrying that wounded guy, and I was still getting shot, then red screened, then died and I had to do it ALL over again. It had even told me "checkpoint. saving content." lol

the other day i even bought a new tv so that i can better appreciate this game ok i probably bought it for other things as well (OSU football!) but regardless i thoroughly look forward to playin some mw2 on this bish!

i actually enjoyed the campaign on the first one. I only had one spot that gave me trouble (the first part of the mission that ends in the bog).

with the first mw i did but when i got waw i only played a little bit of the campaign and then i just wasn't interested anymore and had to get online lol. i'm hoping the mw2 campaign will interest me enough to play it through before i start playing online.

Drake what do you do, go through on one of the easier difficulties, then go back through on Veteran afterward? I tend to play games the first time on Regular, after doing that a few times I'll go through on Veteran.

I seriously hope there are NO timed objectives in MW2. I hated those with an absolute passion on COD4. It took me so long to get through the missile silos that I finally disabled the missiles with 1.2 seconds to spare on Veteran.

man, between this game and gran turismo 5 coming out in march, my social life is going to be ruined. i dont even play cod waw anymore because of the anticipation of this game. its going to be pretty epic.
