Default My carputer is ready to go...

600mhz, upgraded to 40 gig HD, running windows XP with 256 megs of ram, now to purchase an 8in touchscreen.
What do you think? I also have a mini keyboard to go with it!

Thats pretty tight. I was thinking of building myself one too, but not enough money or time.

One thing is, with your specs, XP is going to run like a turtle. Windows 2000 would perhaps be a better choice.

Yeah I had to minimize all the settings in XP and make it run pretty basic. Its actually decent LOL, hard to believe

Havent mastered linux yet, but hmm, might not be a bad idea. I want to upgrade the ram to 512
