i have searched this and some say yes and some say no, i was wondering will the rock band 2 drums work with the guitar hero world tour game. i really hate to buy a new set of drums. and this is for ps3

well.. i dont see why it wouldnt work.
cuz its just like a controller, just looks different.

i could use a controller instead of the dance pad when i had dance dance revolution for ps2, but why would i wanna do that? lol

i just called game stop and the guy says that the drums from rb will work on ghwt. he said he knows because he has that setup at home.

No they won't work, it's a completely different setup. I don't know what the guy from gamestop is talking about, I tried it at my friends house... unless that guy has the cymbal expansion pack for the RB drums. But the GH WT drums have 5 pads and the RB (original) drums have 4 and a bass pedal.

Rockband guitar (the stratocaster guitar) won't work with any guitar hero game.

Rockband drums won't work with GH WT.
GH WT drums won't work with rockband.

Guitar Hero World Tour guitar won't work with either rockband game.

Guitar Hero guitars will work with both games.

They're made and published by different companies.

well the guy at game stop said he had rb2 drums and he plays them with gtwt all the time he said the only thing is you have to go into the options and turn off the extras button

www.drumrocker.com these are the best thing ever trying to sell my real drums that i get yelled at for playing and buy these. I havent read a bad review about them yet

I agree with 2000si, they won't work. They are two different set-ups, and yes I've tried it.
