Default 00' civic SiR Vtec problem

im trying to get the vtec to work on my 00' civic SiR i want to know the resistance required on the oil pressure switch to make it work ive tryed to hard wire the vtec, and it works of a toggle switch but it will not engage on its own i think the oil pressure switch might be blown so id like to check the resistance but im not sure of the amount of resistance this have... if anyone knows or could point me in the right direction i would be very thankful

Red Pepper Racing has honda factory fsm's that will tell you what to look for. Does the engine have enough oil in it. If the oil level gets too low then there isn't enough oil pressure to activate vtec
