I just bought a Auto Meter Carbon Fiber Air/Fuel guage today. for 30 bucks, couldnt pass it up. Anyways, I know its simple to install, I just need to know where my O2 senser wire is, on a 1996 Accord EX, VTEC. Cause thats what i tie the purple wire into right.... thanks in advance.

its either on the header, or down by the cat

kinda looks like a sprak plug... only fatter... and stuff

OK im doing htis again, only this time on a 92 Prelude... OBD1... i doubt the wire is the same color as my 96 OBDII accord... or is it, anyone know this...

scroll down a bit.. that's for an obd1 ECU.. i assume that it should be identical to my del sol

but the o2 will be a four wire.. 2 black heaters a green and a white.. you'll want to hit the white one

Keep in mind the ground must be run to the ECU ground. Anyplace else and you will get interfearance and an inacurate signle. (tons of bars will light up instead of just 1-2).
