cluster swap---no tach
anyone know how to make a crx 2-plug cluster work in a civic dx(ef)? ive searched for hours and cant find any legit info. anyone......................?

Just get a small aftermarket tach and attach it. Then you can use your stock cluster. An aftermarket tach doesn't cost that much, and 4 wires installs it.

apparently, the 88-89 clusters differ from 90-91 in the number of plugs(2 or 3) and the locations and colors of the signal wires.
im now in the market for 90-91 cluster, and have a 88-89 cluster for sale. weak |
