i just put the b16 in my crx si and i cant rev past 6500. i have no idea what is wrong and im new to this whole thing. i also dont notice the vtec. my check engine light is on but i cant find the light that everybody is talking about. do i have to take the cover off or what.i am so lost and fustrated. please help me before the car gets traded in for a hemi!

what are the codes off the side as well... mainly the last 3 digits and jdm or usdm?
