Racin'WithRice

I have a slight problem with my 90 Prelude. My entire car doesn't have constant power. I lose all my radio presests and my eq setups. My fan will not run if my car is off, and my heater/ac system isn't getting power at all. Double I can't figure it out. I believe that the cause could be a bad ground or a crossed wire. Also I keep blowing fuses in my fog lights I turn them on and nothing happens I keep them on and then turn on the headlights(or turn them on with the headlights already on) and the fuse blows. I totally don't understand. Do I have to rip apart my whole dash to get at my grounds and dash wiring? Thanx in advance for any posts, I've had this problem for a while and I really need help.
