Default E10 and tuning

So, now that I understand why my car has not been making the power it used to now that they've switched the gasoline to a 10% ethanol blend, what does everyone else do?

Here's what I figure:
100% Normal gasoline = 14.7:1
100% Ethanol = 9:1

So, 90% gasoline + 10% ethanol = 14.13:1

Right? So I should tune my stuff to 14.3:1 (with the appropriate modification for load) instead of 14.7, right?

Anyone's input will be considered, even newbies'.

usually when you start to add ethenol to the mix the engine likes a little more timing.. i tuned on e-85 and it was sluggish until i added roughly 8- 10 degrees to wot. of course backing it off a couple of degrees at peak fuel consumption cause it usually indicates peak torque without dyno tuning.... hope this helps a little
