long flashh = 10 short =1
thats what i wanted to read in the damn ecu
but here you are
still have no clue as to what i want
after its done and was told to me
you still think that post is what i was after

I think it's because you were unclear. If you understood a long 'blink' denotes 10, and a short denotes 1, you could 'read' the code because you stated it's 2 long, 3 short. That equals 23. Ex: ________ =10, ________ =10, ___ = 1, ___ = 1, ____ = 1, therefore, 10+10+1+1+1 = 23. I think it's not clear how you couldn't read the code.

In that forum (using the above formula and realizing what the code was) you could look up the number 23 and see it refers to the knock sensor.

can you show me like the formula above how it blinks to you and insert (long pause) like so...? That way I can help you. I'm confused now after looking at how you tried to write it out. Is it: ______ _______ ___ ___ ___ (long pause) or is it: ______ ___ (long pause)

?

The second denotes a code 11 but from what I know there is no code 11
