i switched ecu with one of my buddies and the sae thing is happing i talked to a honda tech and he said that it seems like the coputer is not getting read like it isn't there cause the check engine light doesn't coe on when i put the key on he is coming over to take a look if he finds something out i will let you all know

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD NEWS i got it started there are ground wires that are on the wiring harness behind the intake manifold on the right side of the intake manifold it wasn't grounded i grounded it and it started right up thanks for all your help guys
