Default H2B resistor wiring gone wrong?

hello guys i did my h2b, now iam getting a ELD (code 20) and a egr (code12), plus my throttle response is horrible, iam also using a p13 ecu which is the reason iam getting egr code becasue i dont have it hooked, up, could that cause hesitation,
my main question is a bout my resistor wirng, when i did, i thought since the box is being connected to dead end plug i wont need the plug, so i tested my wires for continuity to injectors, cut those four off the plug n soilder, then cut the other four wires from the plug also and connected them to the power wiring from resistor, thus eliminating dead end plug, you guys think that could be causing me issues now?
