Help!:find Me This Transistor!

thanx to bad wiring, i blew a transitor at Q31 on my p28 ecu, this transitor can be found in almost every vtec ecu and is located under Q31. the transistor number is D1780. any help would be greatly appreicated. -thanx...

Common to blow these, I've repaired dozens of P28's due to this problem.

You got another ecu? Like a P05 or P06 you can rob parts from? They are in there as well.
