Hey guys,
Doing the mpfi swap. Having trouble getting the pins out of the ecu plugs. I have a small screwdriver that fits inside all the holes on the plug. Im working on the black B and C plugs right now. Which hole(hehe) do I stick the screwdriver in to get them out? There 2 rows of holes for pins and then there is also a row of holes in between them that is empty. Do I push or pry? If I pry, should I pry up, left, right, down or what? I searched and some people said get a repinning tool, but then someone else said just use a screw driver. Ive been trying for about a half hour on one pin and Im afraid Ill fuck it up if I do anymore without knowing which direction to go. Its fucking stupid, it shouldnt be this difficult, and its really starting to piss me off.
Oh, I did remember to remove the white clips.
