have a question if any one could help would be grateful.

I'm running a JDM b16 SIR II and want to know wat ECU it should be running...

Also when is VTEC to suppose to cross over and where fuel cut off is suppose to be, because right now i'm running a PR3 and VTEC cross over is at 4500 and fuel cut off is at 7600 and that doesnt seem to be right...

P30, or a chipped P28.

Sounds like you have a chipped ecu with a cheap mugen knock off program.

thanx and now the question about vtec crossover and fuel cutoff, if any one knows

also is it the PR3 making the vtech crossover at 4500 and fuel cutoff at 7600?

Yes, the P30 should engage VTEC at around 5800 and the cutoff is around 8200.
