monitors not ready
what exactly causes this?
Long story short- a buddy of mine picked up a 96 HX coupe awhile back, we did a y8 head swap along with the correct OBD2 EX ecu (P2P-Axx), but now he cant pass inspection because 3 of the ready moitors won't ready is the ecu bad? __________________

nope currently no cels. The car originally had no ftp but he did the bypass trick with the variable resistor and the cel is now off but the O2, evap, and catalyst monitors still aren't setting
