What year is your car? Is there a number that follows the "A" Such as B16A2, B16A3? Or just B16A.

B16A is usually OBD0 from factory - what ECU do you have? - it will have a sticker on the case that says 37820-P??-???? - what distributor do you have? - on one of the attaching arms it will have a number like TD44U - chances are good that your car still has the original engine harness

There are castings on the head above the exhaust that look like little clocks, they will tell you the year, (and month and day to I believe) the motor was made.
